August 22nd:
-bought item from member and was told to pay $3.85 for priority shipping
-told by seller that he would ship "tomorrow or next day" (23rd or 24th)

August 29th:
-received e-mail notification that he made a shipping label (http://trkcnfrm1.smi.usps.com/netdata-cgi/db2www/cbd_243.d2w/output?CAMEFROM=OK&strOrigTrackNum=9101150134711209201097)
-2 problems (says first class in the e-mail I got, and why is he shipping it barely today?)
-confronted about problems and said he "shipped it when I promised I would" and that he canceled first class and switched it to priority

September 3rd:
-told me he would give me new dc# for priority shipping
-never got that number and sidesteps any questions about it

September 8th:
-i request a refund
-he refunds me the cost of item, but not shipping cost

September 11th:
-asked him if I would get the shipping cost back as I have no item and am out 4 bucks for something I never received
-"I simply cannot PAY for something not my fault" is his answer

September 12th:
-after a few words with each other, he says he will refund me only if paypal gives him a refund for his shipping costs

September 13th:
-refunded me shipping costs


Over 3 weeks for this transaction. He didn't want to refund my shipping at first, but eventually he came through.

Bottom line: I would not deal with him again, but others might have better luck.

Sam is a great seller and a man of few words. Either way, he shipped on time and packaged the item very nicely. Everything was as promised, however the shipping company almost lost the package during transit.

I would definitely do business again Sam in the future, but next time I\'ll ask him to send it via USPS rather than DHL. I\'ve had problems with DHL before using Fry\'s.com, so I wasn\'t surprised that they would mess up yet again. Bottom line: Horrible DHL shipping, awesome seller Sam.

Paypalled him and he sent the next day. He forgot to include the pci-express connector with the fans but sent out another package. I got impatient and eventually bought the connector at svc.com. He replied quickly to PMs shipped in a timely manner.

Shipped first because of the greater amount of HeatWare that I had. Shipment was fast and communication was good. I sent out the money order the next day after receiving the card and he received it two days later.

He's now waiting for the money order to process through his bank. I'm currently trying to explain to him how a money order works and that you don't have to wait for it to process through your bank.
